In February we had the opportunity to go to San Diego for a weekend as a family! We left Thursday afternoon and stopped at Chili's for dinner, where Bryawna had a blast entertaining us and surrounding patrons! On Friday I took Bryawna to meet Baby Addison who was born on Bryawna's birthday this year! Adrienne and I have been friends since we were in our mothers' wombs and Ryan is her 4 year old son! He is so excited to have a baby sister and he and Bryawna played together very well! They even figured out how to get into mischief together! On Saturday we went to the zoo! Bryawna did great! Unfortunately, since she isn't walking on her own yet, she was stroller bound for most of it. We did, however, get her out and walk her around the petting zoo area, which she thoroughly enjoyed! The animals she was most fascinated with during this trip... were all the other kids running around! Seriously! We were trying to educate her and draw her attention to various animals and all she wanted to do was watch the other kids! Our little social butterfly! Bryawna LOVES rolling around in pillows! The bed at the hotel was just calling her name! Saturday evening we met Adrienne & Kevin at a fantastic restraunt next to the USS Midway... I think it was called the Fish Market, but anyway, it is right on the water and provided a great "photo spot" for Barnard and his precious baby girl with the sunset in the background! What a great little family trip!
